What to expect during the application process:

 

* Proof of income - six months of pay stubs or bank statements showing direct deposits

*Job History

*Rental History with addresses, phone number of land lord or manager, how long you stayed, and why you left

*Copy of Driver's License

*References

*Copy of car registration and insurance

 
Please have the following documents to submit with your application:
We will need your permission to run a credit check and background check which includes eviction and criminal report. We use www.mysmartmove.com

Your deposit

Your security deposit will be reimbursed after we have inspected the property and find no property damage or abnormal wear.

Maintenance

If any maintenance is necessary to the unit, please don't hesitate to call the owners, Alex at (979) 574-0755 or Tanya at (979) 574-3443. 

Monthly Rent

Your payment is due on the first of the month, by check, cash, or money order at the address provided in your contract.

What Happens If I Don't Pay Rent?

*You may incur late charges, which must be paid in addition to the rent. 

 

*If the property owner gives you the proper notice under Section 92.0081 of the Texas Property Code, you may be locked out of your apartment; you will then have to contact the property owner or manager to get back into your apartment. 

*The owner may also file to evict you from the property, and report your non-payment to consumer reporting agencies, rental history tracking companies, properties you may try to rent from in the future, etc. 

Pets

No dogs are ever allowed on the property, if one is detected you will be in breach of contract and will be asked to move out; cats may be allowed on case by case basis, please call with questions or refer to your lease agreement.
